These terms apply to product orders on eseekspain.com. Consumer protection rules apply to purchases outside a trade or professional activity. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Products, prices and orders
Product specifications and included items are described on each product page. Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is shown separately before confirmation. Mobile data plans, SIM cards and operator subscriptions are included only where expressly stated.
Add items to the cart, review quantities and totals, enter your details and choose an available payment method. You can correct details before confirmation. Confirming places an order with an obligation to pay. Orders are recorded in this website’s WooCommerce system. Payment may take place with the selected payment provider.
Order information is provided by email. Keep it with these terms, which you may print or save using your browser. Contact us if confirmation does not arrive. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer the relevant refund. A substitute requires your agreement.
Payment
Available methods are shown at checkout according to the shop’s active configuration. They may include card, Bizum or bank transfer. For transfers, follow the bank details and order reference given in confirmation. Shipment preparation depends on payment confirmation unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Free shipping to Spain and Portugal requires a goods total above €150.00. An order of exactly €150.00 does not qualify. Available destinations and actual shipping costs are shown in the form. Deliveries outside the EU may incur import charges payable to authorities or carriers, separate from this website’s shipping fees.
Delivery
The 24/48-hour indication is an estimate for in-stock items and depends on confirmed payment, destination, working days and transport. It is not a uniform promise for every country. The applicable delivery time is confirmed during the purchase or in order communications. Where no other time is agreed, the statutory delivery period applies.
Contact us about delays to obtain information and exercise applicable rights. Risk of loss or damage passes when the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
Withdrawal, returns and warranty
Consumers buying at a distance normally have 14 days to notify withdrawal, calculated from delivery under the applicable rules. Procedures, return costs, refunds and faulty-product rights are explained in Returns and warranty.
New goods sold to consumers benefit from the applicable legal conformity guarantee, which is three years in Portugal. The support and warranty advertised for GPS equipment bought from us do not reduce any other statutory rights.
