Data and purposes

We process information you provide when ordering or contacting us: first and last name, email, telephone, delivery address, postcode, city, country, tax number if supplied, products and order details. Repair and return requests may include equipment references, fault information and details needed to resolve the request.

• Orders, payment, delivery and after-sales support: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• Invoicing, accounting and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c).
• Security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in protecting customers and systems under Article 6(1)(f), balanced against your rights.
• Optional external videos: your consent under Article 6(1)(a), which you can withdraw through “Cookie preferences”.

Required fields are needed to handle the request. Without them, we may be unable to process a purchase or respond. Completing checkout does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Order processing and recipients

Orders are managed in this website’s WooCommerce system by the controller identified above for the sale, invoicing, delivery and payment.

Necessary data may be shared with hosting and maintenance providers, carriers, payment providers, accounting advisers and legally entitled authorities. Their role may be that of a processor or an independent controller, depending on the service.

Full card details are entered with the payment provider, rather than in this website’s delivery form. Payment methods shown at checkout come from the shop’s active configuration.

External services and international transfers

YouTube videos, provided by Google, load only after you allow optional videos and request playback. This may involve processing IP addresses, device data and playback information outside the European Economic Area under the provider’s applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where used. When you contact us using WhatsApp or open a social network, you also use that service under its own policies. You can choose email or telephone instead.

Retention

Order, invoice and commercial records are retained for legally required periods. Spanish commercial documentation is generally retained for six years. Other periods may apply due to tax duties, warranties, disputes or suspension of limitation periods.

Support, return and contact records are kept while the request is handled and for the time needed to fulfil related duties or establish and defend rights. Technical logs are limited to what is needed for security, incident investigation and hosting operations. Video preferences last 180 days. Other technical cookie durations are listed in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email info@grupoaneto.com. We request additional identification only when needed to verify identity.

We normally respond within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions for complex requests. You may complain to the CNPD, AEPD or another competent supervisory authority.

Security and automated decisions

We use HTTPS, access controls and proportionate security measures. No online service removes every risk. This website does not use behavioural advertising or create advertising profiles. Payment providers may operate their own security and fraud prevention checks.
